Our Policies


We use Australia Post to ship most orders. We also sometimes use Sendle or other courier service where applicable.

Processing time

The time required to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, please see individual items.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns, exchanges, refunds

We accept returns and exchanges if they arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship the item back to us within 30 days of delivery. The item must be shipped back at your own cost in its original condition.

We do not accept any return or exchange due to change of minds. Please decide carefully before making your purchase.

We do not accept cancellations for custom orders but please contact us if you have any problems with your order. We will try our best to resolve your problem.

We can't accept returns for custom or personalised orders, unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please ensure that you have checked your order correctly before checking out including the design/size/colour/name/text to be printed on these items.

Conditions of return Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.  


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We will only use your shipping and billing address, and contact information:
  • To communicate with you about your order
  • To fulfill your order
  • For legal reasons (like paying taxes)
