Shipping

We mainly use Australia Post to ship all orders. In some circumstances where the service cannot be delivered by Australia Post, alternative shipping/courier service will be used.

Processing time

We aim to prepare an order for shipping within 1-3 business days. However, it can vary for some items - the process to make them may be time consuming where we will need an additional 1-2 business days. Busy/seasonal periods may also affect our processing time. Please refer to our website banner for an accurate processing time frame. Feel free to contact us if you need your order for a specific date.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns, exchanges, refunds

We accept returns and exchanges if they arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship the item back to us within 30 days of delivery. The item must be shipped back at your own cost in its original condition.

We do not accept any return or exchange due to change of minds. Please decide carefully before making your purchase.

We do not accept cancellations for custom orders but please contact us if you have any problem with your order. We will try our best to resolve it for you.

We can't accept returns for custom or personalised orders, unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please ensure that you have checked your order correctly before checking out including the design/size/colour/name/text to be engraved/cut on these items.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
